It is important to note that Aero Charts provides limited time access to aeronautical charts (IFR, VFR, and ENR) from official and public Aeronautical Information Publications (AIP) of the specified regions. These charts can be used offline with the option for updates. Additionally, GeoRef is a feature that allows the overlay capabilities of aeronautical charts on the map integrated with the user's location.

For auto-renewing subscriptions, please be aware of the following terms and conditions:

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
• Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
